I am a seasoned IT delivery leader turned Professional Coach. With over 23 years of experience managing global delivery teams, keen on helping Mid/Senior Managers and Executives hone their leadership skills, facilitate transformation and to help them realize their true potential.
As a Leadership and career development Coach, I help my clients gain clarity on their Self, their true values, beliefs, drivers and help them shape up their career goals, unique Leadership style and embark on a journey of growth and success.
